Description

Selina is engineer who was relocated to Zargon by Dean Warlic because of her high IQ. In the Universo quest, her submarine was accidentally blown up by Universo which was being controlled by Dr. Boltavolt, killing her. However, after the character defeats Universo, Universo's regenerative power escape and revives her. This gives her superpowers and she goes by the name Starstorm.
